  • Learners: Name, date of birth, contact details, course registration details, assessment records, Public Sector Duty and certification details.
  • Staff & Tutors: Name, contact details, employment information, and qualifications.
  • Website Users: IP address, browsing behaviour, and cookies (see our Cookies Policy for more details).
  1. How we use your data

We only process your personal data for specific and legitimate purposes, including:

  • Enrolling you on a course and registering you with the awarding body.
  • Issuing certificates and maintaining records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing educational support and pastoral care.
  • Fulfilling legal obligations, such as reporting to the Department for Education (DfE) and Essex County Council.

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
