Reporting Mechanism

TiEGr encourages employees, suppliers, and stakeholders to report any concerns related to modern slavery. Our reporting channels include:

  • Internal Reporting: Employees can report concerns to their line manager or TiEGr Directors.
  • Supplier and Third-Party Reporting: External stakeholders can report concerns via email at info@tiegr.org.
  • Investigation and Response: All reports are investigated promptly, with corrective actions taken where necessary. Whistleblowers are protected from retaliation.
  • Escalation and External Reporting: Concerns that remain unresolved can be reported to the UK Modern Slavery Helpline (08000 121 700) or the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority (GLAA).

Measuring Effectiveness

We assess the effectiveness of our anti-slavery efforts through:

  • Performance indicators such as supplier compliance rates and training participation.

  • Monitoring and reviewing reported concerns and investigations.
